So lately when I work out, it doesn’t seem all that intense. I feel like I’m doing the work, but, I don’t know. I guess its hard to describe. It’s kind of like this picture…you know that they’re going God damn warp factor 8, but it looks far less intense.
I think I really need to get some workout motivation. I need to find out all the most bad ass female athletes that are out there (i.e. Gina Carano) because I want to print their face-abs out and put them on my mirror so I can have an inner monologue with myself to get pumped up.
Me: (looking in the mirror) Oh man, my face again, I’ve seen this before…

After talking to myself in the mirror for a while, I imagine myself ripping open my shirt and shouting:

So I want your suggestions on what I should be doing and who I should be posting up around my house as work out motivation.
In the mean time I’m using the recent Robocop movie trailer as motivation. Action movies always make me want to do burpees, amirite? No. No one wants to do burpees. But it looks like a good movie :3 and it reminds me that I AM MADE OF FUCKING STEEL AND I WILL WORK OUT!
